and classes that take place in our aerobic studio.

Hints and Tips:
1. Pre-book your class at reception or telephone the club.
2. Please arrive 5 mins before your class begins.
3. Please inform your instructor of any injuries or problems that
you think may hinder your participation in the class.
4. Please wear supportive non marking training shoes for your
classes unless otherwise advised. (e.g. Yoga, Pilates)
5. Do not consume a heavy meal within 2 hours of your class starting,
but avoid exercising if you have not eaten for over 4 hours.
6. Always ensure you have a full plastic water bottle with you
for your class.
7. If you feel unwell in any way, please do not attend your class.
8. Please do not consume any alcohol prior to excercise.
