Hi my name is Denise Allsopp I would like to take this opportunity to introduce my self and tell you a little bit about me.

I am your new onsite Manageress, I have moved to Leighton Buzzard from Gatwick, previous to moving here I managed Effingham Park Health Club. I have been with Fitness Express for 2 years and have worked within the Fitness industry for 5 years. Some of my previous jobs have ranged from working in small hotels as Leisure assistances right through to Operations & sales manager within Dragons Health Club (Crown Sports).

I love to road run on a daily / weekly basis and enjoy working out within the gym, and socialising with friends.

I would love to meet you all on a personal basis so if you see me around please do not hesitate to come and say hello and if you wish to talk to me about anything, I would be more then happy to do so.
